Policies and Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to us at Lift Your Vibe.  They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

Any missed appointment, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Children

If you are scheduling an appointment for a child under the age of 18, please contact Nina to discuss.  Children may be more comfortable with a 30 minute or shorter session depending on their age and developmental level. This may vary by each individual. Youth/children under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.

Refunds

There is no refund of full payments or deposits made for packages, events, classes or workshops, but the amount paid may be used within the calendar year towards a future service or course. Sessions, packages, events, classes and workshops (or payment for these items) are also non-transferable. Course manuals and certificates will not be given until full payment has been received.

Personal Information Confidentiality

The information you provide during a private session, class, workshop or electronic communication is of the utmost importance. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
